The Role

As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, you will lead and contribute to a cross-functional product team. You, along with infrastructure and engineering leaders, will create the foundational systems and technologies that support our customers. Our systems are built to process real-time transactions for the world’s fintech companies.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be responsible for participating in the product strategy development in collaboration with management and the end-users and securing buy-in from executive leadership for the products in your portfolio
  • Collaborating with cross-enterprise teams, you will be responsible for production launch and strategic vision of a variety of self-service digital experiences, as a scalable utility serving all enterprises
  • You will translate product vision into specific deliverables, and ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product feature backlog
  • You will be responsible for developing rollout strategy and championing change brought about by new or enhanced products and services
  • You will support iterative testing and ongoing improvement of the client experience
  • You will identify and partner on process improvements which enhance CFSB processes
  • In close collaboration with business owners across the business lines you will help plan releases, build product roadmap, create user stories, and identify market and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with business owners to establish, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog
  • Develop and maintain strong operational relationships with key stakeholders across market and central teams in various roles
  • You will outline the vision for future use-cases to ensure leverage and scalability across the business
  • You will focus on business impact and come up with actionable recommendations defined by specific business goals informed by high quality data analysis and metrics
  • You will be at the forefront of evolving the way we work across teams and the company by incorporating design thinking, a multi-channel approach and end to end collaboration
  • You will stay abreast of technological advances that may impact the business and use insight to drive strategy
  • You will work closely with Development teams and Project Managers to proactively manage potential issues and anticipate risks related to product launches
  • You are enthusiastic and will motivate the team to leverage individual strengths in order to move past difficult situations
  • You will model team norms and contribute to positive team dynamics, leading to continuous team performance improvement
  • You will help foster an environment of trust, effectively communicating within the team and with an ecosystem of stakeholders
  • You will use your influencing and leadership skills to rally the cross-enterprise teams to focus the team on the vision and end goal while providing support in removing obstacles and/or securing required resources

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience driving medium and large-scale capability enablement initiatives (experience rolling out capabilities for customer facing professionals or external third-party partners is highly desired)
  • Experience in or with Fintech, Paytech, Lending, white label Open Banking, challenger banks, Crypto-currency, Money Services Business desired
  • Experience with API Solutions
  • Experience as a Product Owner, driving product vision, developing and enhancing features through continuous optimization and delivery
  • Strong program management skills, experience with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize process data
  • Superior communication and influencing skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
  • Experience working and leading in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process and an Agile development methodology
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects (5-8) concurrently
  • Effective relationship builder-ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization and various personality types, as well as with external clients, suppliers, payment card network operators and regulators
  • Knowledge of digital conversion optimization, acquisition process in payment/credit card business, networks, platforms, and procedures preferred
