We want you to think big and act bold through expressing your authentic best self! Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Senior Manager FP&A, to join our GTM Finance Team. The Senior Manager will primarily partner with Chief Customer officer and her leadership team supporting Customer Success and Professional Services team to achieve business and financial goals for the organization.

Your Impact

  • Build trusted relationships with key business partners by using business aptitude to draw insightful recommendations from data analysis
  • Manage end to end P&L including topline revenue metrics, resource allocation, Headcount and Opex management for key sales functions by partnering with Recruiting, Sales Ops and Sales leaders
  • Deliver analysis and reporting of the business’ financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
  • Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends and develop key insights and recommendations
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency. Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management
  • Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for decision making through leveraging Anaplan’s platform and data analysis.
  • Lead Sales forecasting processes (monthly, quarterly, and Annual forecasts, scenario modeling)
  • Drive improved management reporting – work with Sales Operations and Accounting to track financial results more discreetly and accurately
  • Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all key partners
  • Build detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives
  • Own the long-range planning model and support cross functional communication and update on key drivers

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred;
  • 8+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, including experience at a global, publicly-traded company; Public Accounting experience
  • Business partnering and ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Proven track record of working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at building financial models to help automate and scale, build dashboards for seamless executive reviews
