Job Description

StretchLab is a unique fitness and wellness studio that uses customized assisted stretching to improve the flexibility and mobility of our clients. We are the industry leader in assisted stretching, and use an evidence-based flexibility program delivered via 25 or 50 minute one-on-one sessions or group classes.

The Sales Associate will assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members into the studio and booking them into introductory sessions, as well as assisting with in-studio retail product sales.

The StretchLab East Mesa studio, located off Signal Butte a few miles south of US60, is looking for individuals with experience in sales (preferably in the fitness, health, gym, automotive, cosmetic, or healthcare markets) to work in our fun, supportive, energetic fitness studio environment. Compensation is based on a combination of base salary plus commission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing
  • Book and confirm introductory sessions
  • Make calls to prospective clients
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
  • Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual client’s needs and wants
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a health and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Ensure studio is clean and tidy
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $33.00 per hour
