Real Estate office (Cooper City and/or Aventura) in need of an experienced Admin/Transaction Coordinator. We are in search of a long term individual that will grow with the company and loves the behind the scenes of Real Estate.

Preparing sales contracts

Input listings to MLS

Coordinate transactions from A-Z with exceptional attention to detail

Schedule /coordinate showings

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Spanish speaking – helpful

Strong knowledge of contracts & Matrix

Photoshop – helpful

Tech Savy

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
