The Risk Advisory Services (RAS) Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the National Practice Leader and/or Region Leader and the organization and coordination of RAS operations in support of the business line’s strategic priorities and performing client facing tasks as assigned by engagement managers.

Operations

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings for directors, partners, and management team for multiple locations
  • Provides logistic support for a wide range of meetings, including conference calls, employee meetings and off-site events
  • Performs a variety of coordinator duties for that national leader, which may be complex and confidential
  • Coordinates international and domestic travel arrangements, including but not limited to travel itineraries, agendas, visas, passports, documentation for foreign travel, and expense reports
  • Coordinates national team meetings, executive team meetings, special projects and other events
  • Produces a variety of materials including but not limited to letters, memoranda, interoffice communications, confidential
  • Provides comprehensive administrative support, including, but not limited to, updating CRM and other firm databases, as needed
  • Assists leadership and team members with professional licensing requirements and filings.
  • Coordinates and supports conflict checks, open project codes and process customer billing
  • Manages operational projects in coordination with practice leadership
  • Works with various RAS engagement managers to perform tasks to support client engagements

Communication

  • Interacts professionally with engagement managers, directors, partners, practice leaders and stake holders
  • Creates high-quality correspondence and presentations on behalf of leadership
  • Advises the business line on scheduling considerations, and provides information required to make key operational decisions

Business Development

  • Supports the proposal process and production through various phases, including creating necessary documents/presentations for oral presentations of proposal as needed
  • Collaborates with business line marketing and business development departments with coordinating activities, including management of the events calendar
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field, preferred

Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of relevant experience, required
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in project management, including developing and managing project timelines, prioritizing and assigning projects and tasks and assessing progress, required

License/Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management International certification, preferred

Software:

  • Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required
  • Experience with Smartsheet, preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with professionals at all levels within the organization
