We are looking for a Project Manager to organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s research, development, and product implementation efforts.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and capacity

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a cross-functional team to complete assigned projects accurately, efficiently, on schedule, and to specifications
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly
  • Conduct cost benefit analysis and cost effectiveness
  • Prepare and manage budget, including projected expenses and resources
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Manage questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
  • Act as a liaison with key stakeholders within the company, customer, and vendor
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide necessary training and information needed to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • 3 Years’ Experience in Project Management or related field
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications
  • Change Management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
