Therapeutics is an innovative opioid recovery treatment facility with the vision of enabling clients to live happy, stable lives and return to being productive members of their communities. Our commitment is to help clients achieve recovery through the use of medical, psychosocial and support services. Therapeutics is certified by state, federal and national regulatory bodies and only employs licensed, credentialed professionals.
Moreover, we insist that clients are treated with respect and flexibility. We are looking for team members that appreciate an outstanding work environment and are fulfilled by being a part of the solution to a national epidemic.
As we continue to grow, our plan is to attract counseling resources from domains outside of the substance abuse area. This enables us to effectively address co-occurring client issues. This position is a leadership coaching position to provide guidance to counselors that are new to substance abuse counseling. In this role, you will serve as an expert resource and provide advice and support to less experienced counselors providing psychosocial services for clients in Medication Assisted Treatment.
Individuals to be supported are in one of four locations – Pontiac, Ann Arbor, Walled Lake, and Monroe Michigan. While the position is remote, in person engagement is possible at one of the four client locations.
