The Marketing Manager position is remote based and will primarily report to ownership. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment with significant growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be extremely passionate about Marketing and will “roll up their sleeves” to generate best practices of effective traditional and digital marketing initiatives through our B2B and B2C trade channels. This role requires the ability to execute marketing tactics from inception through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create print and digital materials for our sales team focusing on key, regional souvenir markets, competitive advantages, and their benefits.
  • Ensure marketing analytics are readily available and tracked through the Sales process to determine ROI of various marketing strategies and to demonstrate the impact of marketing programs.
  • Build campaigns supporting customer acquisition, retention, and upsells through email blasts and promotions.
  • Create print materials such as sales catalogs, sell sheets, plush t-shirt designs, stickers, business cards, catalogs and more
  • Creative writing including product descriptions, blogs, marketing collateral and more
  • Assist with website design, website maintenance, and social media creating content-keeping all sites relevant and ability to create, edit, and post videos to all social media outlets
  • Help coordinate company participation in wholesale trade shows


  • Expert proficiency with Adobe software – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency with Photography, color correction, and editing
  • Proficient knowledge of website design & development and social media platforms
  • Willingness to pitch in and help or complete any task needed-a TEAM PLAYER attitude
  • Innovative, creative thinking is a must
  • Possess strong, effective verbal and written communication skills is mandatory
  • A proven track record of success and the capacity to lead the development and implementation of strategic, creative, and fundamentally sound marketing principles and business building initiatives in close partnership with remote Ownership and Sales.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
