Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED equivalent

  • Previous Administrative or Coordinator Support experience required
  • Experience working with MS Office, to include: Outlook, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Teams
  • Experience in research and analysis of complex data points and documentation
  • Experience working in database systems
  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and with sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with ability to perform data lookups, utilize basic functions and equations, pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Experience working in applicant tracking or human resources information systems

Responsibilities:

The contract Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant will perform a full range of day-to-day support for the TA Operations and Compliance teams.

This role will assist with responding to applicant data questions, ad hoc project support, data lookups and reporting needs. You will coordinate and work closely with the compliance, recruitment, recruiting technology, equal opportunity/affirmative action and human resources teams.

Primary responsibilities will be:

· Applicant data lookups in various databases and applicant tracking system

· Research, analyze and documentation of applicant records

· Ensure appropriate documentation and interpretation of applicant flow and selection data

· Applicant rehire eligibility review and documentation in ATS

· Applicant tracking system hygiene

· Other duties as assigned

Pay: Up to $21.45 per hour
