Powergren LLC is hiring a sales representative for Powergreen Pressure washing and Lightsup Christmas light and Trimlight permanent lights and Permalawn artificial turf. Our sales teams work year-round with commission-based sales.

As an Inside and possibly Outside Sales Representative with Powergreen and our sister companies, you will be surrounded by passionate people who provide excellent customer service and are committed to our amazing culture where we encourage personal development and growth paving the way to success. In our Sales Representative role, you will:

  • Contact and develop pre-qualified leads that our own marketing department generates.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners where you will present sales solutions with project/cost estimates and custom design options.
  • Provide superior service to delight the customer during every phase of the sales cycle to exceed their expectations.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

· Meeting or exceeding individual and sales team goals

· Follow established Powergreen sales processes through to completion

· Through knowledge of Powergreen, Permalawn and Lightsup product offering

· Become proficient at assessing and measuring home exteriors, concrete and yard areas

· Convert sales leads into sales

· Ensure premium/superior customer service

· Arrive at sales appointments prepared and on time


· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

· A proven track record of closing sales

· Possess excellent listening skills

· Ability to build meaningful connections with customers in the sales cycle

· Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends

· Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently

Pay: $48,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year based on sales /. Base rate is 14/hr (Base before commission is $2,240/ month)
