· As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety, and employee record administration.


  • Assist with interviewing, screening, evaluating and extending employment offers
  • Help with requests for new/revised job classifications
  • Prepare job descriptions and finalize content with line management
  • Assist in preparing data for compensation and benefit surveys, interpret results and review salary increase requests
  • Suport managers with interpreting and applying company human resources policies
  • Counsel employees concerning work related problems
  • Conduct termination interviews
  • Help prepare employee orientation meetings and material


Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
