Pinnacle Developing and Renovations, a leader in multifamily developments and renovations is looking for a skilled Construction Data Entry Clerk to perform a variety of Data Entry services for the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following tasks, additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Estimate Entry

  • Creates Estimates in QuickBooks from contract information.
  • Creates change orders from documents provided by field and production staff members.
  • Maintains an electronic filing system of documents related to our customers estimates and invoices.

Accounts Payable

  • Enters vendor invoices and bills into QuickBooks ensuring they are properly coded to the job and budget item.
  • Fields call from subcontractors verifying their A/P status.
  • Works with vendors to get material purchases paid for.
  • Corresponds with vendors to get releases after payment.
  • Maintains an Electronic Filing System of documents related to accounts payable.

Customer Invoicing

  • Creates invoices from estimates based on information provided by field, production, and accounting staff.
  • Maintains an Electronic Filing System of documents related to accounts receivable

Purchasing

  • Create purchase orders in QuickBooks from information from field or production staff
  • Provides Purchase orders to vendors or subcontractors
  • Orders materials from information provided by field or production staff.

Qualifications:

  • Must have STRONG computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and ability to learn applications quickly.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and manage time among multiple tasks.
  • Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks with the ability to work independently and in a group setting.
  • Has an eagerness to learn new skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of equivalent job-related experience a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
