As a Customer Success Representative (CSR) for us, you are the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. In addition to being an advocate for our clients, you manage a high amount of calls, provide product and services information, and accurately and efficiently resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized.
