Compensation & Benefits Include:

  • C3’s within their first 12 months (post-90 day on-boarding period) at C&B make $37,000 to $45,000+
  • Bonuses: Able to earn (1) additional full weeks’ pay, per month, based on 3 incentives
  • Equates to earning 12 additional full (40 hour) weeks’ pay per year
  • After incentives hourly pay averaged out is $22/hour+

Job Description

  • Simply put, a Project Manager from the office
  • Key role in coordinating the job from start to finish, daily communication with the client (property owner) and Sub-Contractors all pertinent details of the job
  • Customer Service
  • Scheduling C&B Teammates and Sub-Contractors
  • Creating and managing job files
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
