A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) / OFFICE MANAGER
As a Customer Service Rep (CSR) / Office Manager, you provide customer support by handling requests over the phone or in person. You’re always professional and kind to clients as you handle their concerns or questions. Additionally, you manage our schedule by booking appointments and reviewing upcoming arrangements. You make sure that our time is well organized and distributed so we can smoothly take in cars and customers as needed. You also work closely with an estimator at times. You get a great sense of accomplishment helping others and ensuring our customers get the best auto services they need!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) / OFFICE MANAGER
- Customer service experience (1+ years of experience is preferred, but we will train)
Automotive experience would be a plus! Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you someone who has a positive, can-do attitude? Can you be patient and professional with all our clients?
