We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Junior Processor to join our team and aid in the successful and smooth closing of loans for our borrowers. Responsibilities will include communicating with borrowers via phone and email, coordinating and tracking deliverables from outside partners, and organizing files.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gather necessary documents from borrowers via phone and email communication
  • Update leadership and loan officers on status or stall in progress
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Coordinate deliverables with outside partners


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Google Docs
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

We post this position under Administrative Assistant / Junior Processor, as our track record for hiring shows that an Administrative Assistant typically has the perfect skill set to develop into a Loan Processor. The goal is that the person hired for this position will progress to become a full Loan Processor within 8-12 months of hiring. Once a Loan Processor, the salary increases to $50,000/per year with additional bonuses.
